These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kcalm, a calorie and nutrition tracking app developed by Ryheeme Drysdale ("we," "our," "Kcalm"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Kcalm helps you log food, water, and weight, and calculates personalized calorie and macro targets. Some features — AI photo food recognition, AI nutrition analysis, AI meal memory, and advanced insights — require a Kcalm Premium subscription. Core tracking features (logging meals, calories, macros, water, weight, and viewing your history, calendar, and progress) remain free.
Kcalm provides general nutrition and calorie information for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
Kcalm Premium is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
If you start a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period, where applicable.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own policies — we do not process refunds directly.
You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Kcalm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nutrition estimates, including those generated by AI food recognition, may be inaccurate — always use your own judgment, especially if you have allergies or a medical condition that requires precise nutrition tracking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kcalm and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
